About my art
My work is created by taking multiple photographs and blending pieces of those photographs together, all the way down to the textures used, to create new and completely original works of art. The technique is called Composite Photography, and can take anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks to complete each individual piece. I collect props, wardrobe and the majority of my models are personal friends who are just willing to go do weird stuff with me to create art. My work is digital, and my “originals” are printed on a fine art canvas, hand embellished with an archival varnish, mixed medias and traditionally framed.
